      4) Whether the bearing oil level is reaching the lubricating oil level during operation;

      5) For fans with water-cooled bearings, check whether the water supply of the cooling water pipes is good;

      6) Electric clear fan steering, and check There are no water leakage and oil leakage phenomena, such as vibration, abnormal noise and odor.

      Second, the start of Qingzhou Fan

      1) Start the fan (note whether the operation is stable);

      2) After the Qingzhou fan starts, gradually open the damper until the actual production requires air volume; pay attention to the running current of the motor when opening the damper to prevent the fan opening from being overloaded;

      3) After starting, the bearing temperature of the fan should be tested. The temperature rise of the bearing should not be higher than 40 degrees of the ambient temperature of the site;

      3. The Qingzhou fan is running In-process inspection

      1) Whether the fan is running smoothly, with or without noise or friction;

      2) Checking the feet Whether the bolts are loose or not;

      3) Detecting the temperature and lubrication of the bearing;

      4) Whether the lubricating oil of the bearing oil is unblocked Whether there is temperature difference between the inlet and outlet pipes;

      5) Whether the bearing housing has oil leakage;

      6) Bearing housing and bearing Is there any abnormal noise in the operation? Whether the movement is stable;

      7) Check if the current operation is stable;

      IV. Emergency stop

  ;     1) found that the fan has a strong noise;

      2) the impeller and the casing have friction;

      3 The vibration of the casing suddenly increases;

      4) The bearing temperature continues to rise above the allowable temperature rise range;

      5) A sudden increase in current does not recover within 2 minutes;

      6) The bearing housing is seriously leaking;

      7) Cooling water Interrupted for more than half an hour.

      V. Qingzhou Fan Shutdown

      1) Stop the fan after reducing the load;

  ;     2) Close the inlet and outlet valves of the cooling water;

      3) If the hot air is delivered, the fan outlet temperature should be reduced to 40 degrees after stopping the heater. Then stop the fan;

      4) After the fan is stopped, the drain valve at the bottom of the casing should be opened for drainage; at the same time, the fan inlet and outlet damper should be closed.

      VI. Precautions for leaching out the Qingzhou fan in the leaching workshop:

      Qingzhou fan in the leaching workshop includes the supporting fan for the immersion squeegee FN300, mineral oil FN361, DTDC supporting fan FN305, leaching workshop sweeping fan FN381, in addition to meeting the process requirements, these fans must also require explosion-proof, the fan drive should not use belt drive, the fan speed should not be higher than 1440RPM.
