Fan curtain installation location selection

1. Fan curtains should generally be installed on the exterior wall of the building to minimize convection distance.

2. Fan curtains can be installed on walls and windowsills, but the installation environment should ensure air circulation and freshness. Bathrooms, kitchens, chemical vents and other vents with odor or odor gas should not be provided with water curtains. If the windows or doors are not adequately ventilated, wall holes should be provided in the negative pressure ventilation to ensure the air demand of the workshop.

3. The fan is installed at a distance of 1 to 1.5 meters from the ground, so that the convection is at an appropriate height to create a fresh environment.

4. Fan curtain air conditioning system can be installed in two ways: vertical and horizontal.

5. Ensure that the frame structure of the fan curtain system is stable and the strength can withstand the weight of the entire equipment and maintenance personnel.

Technical requirements for fan curtain installation

1. Before installation, the bracket is welded with angle steel. The reference size is determined by the size required for field installation. Secure the bracket to the location to be installed with six M10 expansion bolts and two M10 wall bolts.

2. For the safety of personnel and machines during maintenance and the stability of the fan itself, 40*40*4 or 50*50*4 angles should be used.

3. Installation should be done by our technicians. Based on the installation drawing as the standard, optimize according to the actual situation of the installation site.

4. The specific installation steps for the fan curtain are as follows:

First remove the window to be installed with the fan or water curtain, and clean the frame inside the window.

Then install the fan or curtain according to the drawing. Before installation, the bracket should be welded to the angle steel. Fans and curtains should be installed horizontally. The fixing screws must be firm and stable. After the water curtain is installed, the edge is sealed with glass glue to avoid affecting the convection effect.

Secondly, a negative pressure fan is installed on the window sill of the longitudinal convection of the water curtain. Note: After the fan is installed, seal it with a sealing plate to avoid affecting the convection effect. After the fan is fixed, a protective net should be installed at the fan outlet to avoid the danger of close contact between the personnel and the wind wheel.

The third step is to arrange the water and water tank pumps according to the construction drawings and actual conditions.
